Chris & Rachel

Chris Jones & Rachel Jorgensen met in Astronomy lab at College of Charleston.They were friends for a long time. Eventually, their freindship turned romantic. Chris called Rachel one weekend from Ohio to ask if she would dance with him were she there. She said of course she would, and when he got home that Sunday evening he asked her out.

All too soon, Chris had to move back to Florida for a job at the Vero Beach High School Performing Arts Center. It was his dream job, but neither he nor Rachel wanted to be apart. So on another Sunday afternoon, June 5, 2005, Chris completely surprised Rachel with a visit to Charleston. Then he surprised her yet again by asking her to marry him. Of course she said yes, and that's why you're reading this website today!
